We take pride in our craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds for our custom leather goods.
Custom & Personalised Orders
All products sold by Orca Leather Shop are handcrafted and made to order. As each item is custom-built to your specifications — including personalisation, engraving, dimensions, and material choices — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items (United Kingdom)
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, your rights are protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. This statutory protection is in addition to, and does not affect, any other legal rights you may have.
Under the Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject the item and claim a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Alternatively, you may choose a repair or replacement.
To exercise your right to reject, you must:
- ✓Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to exercise your short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- ✓Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage via email.
- ✓Return the item in its original packaging where possible.
Return Shipping, Fees & Timelines:
- • Return Shipping Costs: For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Orca Leather Shop covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will email you a prepaid postage label to print and use.
- • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
- • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
